This Privacy Policy describes how vintazen.org ("Vintazen", "the site") handles information collected from visitors. Vintazen is a static informational website. It does not operate a user account system, does not process payments, and does not transmit form submissions to any server.

2. Information collected

Vintazen does not actively collect personal information. The contact form on the homepage simulates submission for visual feedback purposes only; no data entered into the form is stored, processed, or transmitted.

Server logs

Standard web server access logs may record IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser user-agent strings as part of routine server operation. These logs are used solely for security and operational monitoring and are not shared with third parties.

Local storage

The site stores a single item in the browser's localStorage to record your cookie banner preference (accepted or rejected). This value remains on your device and is not transmitted to any server. It can be cleared by clearing your browser's site data.

3. Cookies

Vintazen does not set first-party tracking cookies. The Google Fonts service, loaded via a CSS import from fonts.googleapis.com, may set cookies or log IP addresses as part of font delivery. Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction and is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

External images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org). Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy applies to those requests and is available at foundation.wikimedia.org.

4. Third-party links

This site links to external organisations including CAMH, the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and Google Fonts. Vintazen does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of those organisations.

5. Applicable law

Vintazen operates in Canada and is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to the extent it applies to a static non-transactional website. As the site collects no personal information, PIPEDA obligations are minimal.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
